Incompetent staff at the collection gate, nobody in charge. Waited over two hours again for one car even though I had an appointment. Staff stood chatting while there’s a group of motor trader’s waiting for cars they have paid good money for.

The office staff are always very helpful and pleasant collected from the yard further down and was out of there quickly but if they are busy be patient

The auction is great, the cars are described spot on. This is based on the limited number of vehicles I've purchased. I will say however that the collection process is appalling! I would happily use this auction to buy 10 - 20 cars + per month but when you book a slot for collection then have to wait over 2 hours (and that's not me over exaggerating) then it's just not worth the hassle. Sort it out G3 before you lose even more buyers

Purchased a vehicle (£11000) with a full mechanic assured report all passed had the vehicle bought to us via transporter to find the engine management light illuminated followed the companies complaints procedure to have no one contact me back after 4 days. We ended up chasing the auction house for an update to be told it's not covered and there not willing to do anything as the light was not on at time of test. However in there assured terms and conditions we have up to 250 miles to log a fault or 48 hours. Ian at g3 auction house has no customer service skills as we have had faults the same as this in the past and has always been rectified. Stay away guys stick to the companies you can trust 👌👌👌

Have a list of over 50 vehicles that we have bought from G3 which were all horrific. Various mechanical defects some extremely serious and various bodywork issues which were not disclosed. Absolutely no help from the staff, got to the point where we refused to pay for a car until they helped up and they just blocked our account and banned us from site when they could have just helped. Would not recommend AT ALL. Can’t describe cars and actively hide issues.
